This program is open to boys and girls aged 8 to 17 who reside in Stanislaus and the surrounding counties. We are thrilled to provide this opportunity for young individuals to enhance their boxing abilities and cultivate their love for the sport. Our coaches, who are committed volunteers, including deputies, students, and parents, are devoted to helping children develop the skills and aptitude needed to progress in the sport.

We now offer two boxing gym locations, listed below, where youth can come to exercise and work on boxing skills development.

Modesto Gym - The Modesto Boxing program is held at the Maddux Youth Center, located at 615 Cierra Drive, Modesto, CA. The program takes place on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. This program is a partnership with the City of Modesto Parks & Recreation, which provides the facility for hosting the program.

 

The Patterson Boxing Gym is located next to Patterson Police Services at 301 S. 1st Street, Patterson, CA. The program takes place from Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This program is made possible through a partnership with the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department and Patterson Police Services.

   

The sessions include cardio work, speed bag work, heavy bag work, combination work, sparring sessions, weight room activities, and much more. For parents, please keep in mind that these programs are gym-based. This means that you can bring your children who are 8 years and older to the gym, where they will work with a volunteer or deputies (depending on the location) to learn how to exercise and boxing techniques.
